We use a small set of cookies to make the Site work and (with your consent) to understand how visitors use it. Strictly Necessary cookies are always on. Analytics cookies require your consent through the cookie banner. We do not currently use Functional or Advertising cookies on this Site. For the full list of cookies, providers, purposes, and durations, see our Cookie Policy.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
6. Advertising and Marketing
We do not currently run paid advertising on this Site or use advertising cookies. If we begin paid advertising in the future (for example, Google Ads), this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated, and the cookie banner will request fresh consent before any advertising tag, conversion pixel, or remarketing tracker is set.
We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, profiling for the purpose of producing legal or significant effects, or the sale of personal information.
7. Florida Digital Bill of Rights
Under Florida's Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), effective July 1, 2024, Florida consumers have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal information.
- Access the personal information we have about you.
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you.

- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain types of profiling.
Streamline Custom Marine does not sell personal information, does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not profile consumers for purposes that produce legal or significant effects. Even though those activities do not currently apply to us, your rights remain available and we will honor verified requests submitted through our Privacy Rights page or the contact methods in Section 13.
FDBR contains revenue and data-volume thresholds that govern which businesses are subject to which obligations. Streamline Custom Marine is a small Florida service business and has elected to honor the consumer-rights framework above as a matter of policy regardless of strict applicability, because giving consumers control over their information is the right baseline.
8. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

- Right to Know: request that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you.

- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, submit a request through our Privacy Rights page or the contact methods in Section 13. We respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
