Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have one or more of the following rights:

• Right to Know / Access: request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you, the categories and sources, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
• Right to Delete: request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to limited legal exceptions (for example, completion of a transaction, legal compliance, or warranty obligations).
• Right to Correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Streamline Custom Marine does not engage in either activity, so this right is honored by default.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: direct us to use sensitive personal information only as necessary to provide the services you have requested. We do not currently collect sensitive categories such as precise geolocation, financial account numbers, government IDs, biometrics, or health information through the Site.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

Submit a Privacy Rights Request

Click the button matching your request type. Your email client will open with a pre-filled message. Add the requested details, send the email, and we will confirm receipt and follow up to verify your identity before processing.

How We Handle Your Request

1. Acknowledgment: we will email you within 10 business days to confirm we received your request.
2. Verification: we will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records and may request a follow-up email confirmation from the address you submitted.
3. Response: we will respond to verified requests within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may extend the response window by an additional 45 days as permitted by applicable law.
4. Outcome: we will tell you what action we took, and if we cannot honor your request in full, we will explain why (for example, a legal exception that requires retention).

Alternative Ways to Submit a Request

If you prefer not to use the request buttons above, you can also submit a request by:

• Email: streamlinecmarine@gmail.com with the subject "SCM Privacy Rights Request" and the request type, your name, email, phone, and state of residence in the body.
• Phone: (772) 237-0528. Tell us you are submitting a privacy rights request and we will follow up with a written confirmation by email.

Streamline Custom Marine does not accept privacy requests by mail. Florida's Digital Bill of Rights and California's CCPA / CPRA require a working method for receiving privacy requests; the email address and the request buttons on this page satisfy that requirement.
